Regular flyers to the Big Apple already knew that Business First, the unique combination of First and Business classes was a cut above anything else. But they kept the secret to themselves to guarantee easy access themselves.
To establish an understanding of passenger’s needs and indicate the level of service that could be expected onboard, the idea was to create a highly interactive guide to the very best restaurants, meeting places, gyms and other places that business people need when in the city for 24-48 hours.
Content could be carefully curated and controlled through a CMS that fed reviews, event information and preview videos, giving access to the best New York has to offer, accessed through Continental.
