Showroom customer qualification tool
The iPad application is both a qualification tool and a content experience.
On entering the showroom customers are asked to answer a few questions that helps the showroom staff allocate the best sales advisor deal with the customer – retail, business or fleet. The data is also captured in a process that takes less then 1 minute.
For customers who don’t want to speak to a sales advisor, the iPad application can be used in the showroom to release relevant and engaging content. When the customer spends time near a vehicle the application uses bluetooth beacons linked to the Airspace platform to understand the correct vehicle information to display.
The tool also contained information videos on subjects like GAP insurance, that sales people often struggle to explain clearly.
All information about the customer’s preferences can be collected to help the showroom understand their needs better and to help the manufacturer understand customer desires accurately.
